After talking about it for months and months (and months and months), T-bone finally went and put up the site we’ve all been waiting for with bated breath. Okay, maybe not. But he really has been talking about it forever and a day, and he really has launched it. It’s all about the health benefits of Omega-3 and features (among other things) lots of actual information, articles, and even an RSS feed for the health nuts out there that absolutely, positively need to be at the forefront of such things.
Omega-3 acids, if I’m not mistaken, are commonly absorbed from eating fish (well, from fish oil, anyway). Since most of us don’t get anywhere near enough fish (oil) in our diet, we’re just not reaping the massive benefits of this amino acid. Apparently, there’s some seriously good benefits, and we should be consuming supplements of the stuff regularly to help us, you know, think an’ stuff.
Anyway, go take a look. T-bone’s not quite done with it yet (obviously) and there’s much more he wants to add as he goes, but let’s give him a little kickoff traffic to get the ball rolling.
